My friends and I have just started planning our halloween costumes to wear to school on Hallloween. One of my friends is going in a cosplay costume and the other as a can-can girl. I've decided I want to wear my red wool cloak but i'm not sure how to encorparate it into a costume. Any suggestions on an easy costume that requires minimal sewing. I think I found an answer. Any good do-it-yourself costumes for men that are easy to make? I'm looking for a costume, not something amusing like "static cling with pinned socks and clothes). Thanks. I"ve looked at Target, Wal-Mart, and Costume shop but they are all pretty expensive. I'm looking in the $20-30 range. Not $40 and up. Sorry. . Should have added that this is for a Halloween party we are having for our son and his friends who are just toddlers. Well, I have your answer right here. Make him a dishwasher Get a box, put duct tape on the edges, spraypaint it and make it look washer-ish. you can probably get real washer buttons off an old machine at a junk yard. put holes in the sides of the box for his arms to come out and Make a circular hole in the bottom so he's not stuck in one place. put a pan on his head and a wooden spoon in his hand
