Couples Halloween

What are those shiny metallic foil strings that have hearts or halloween or shamrocks for holiday decorations?

You can wind them around things, or make wreaths out of them. They're for decoration for whatever you're celebrating. You can get them at Dollar Stores, etc. I need to know the name. Yes, a garland, but don't they have a commercial name? Or, a brand name that is associated with with the garland? For example, Exxon is associated with gasoline...am I making sense?
